		<description><![CDATA[I used 20 second icing to pipe the entire cookie at once.  Take your standard royal icing and water it down until you get to the point that when you pull a spoon through the bowl it takes about 20 seconds for the icing to flatten back out.  It’s a quick trick to skip making two icing consistency’s when in a hurry.  20 second icing is also used when you want to create a puffier look on the cookie.]]></description>
